Best helper ever!!!

That darn scale....

So i ve been trying to lose some weight lately. Well, who doesnt want to lose weight right? Anyways, I ve been eating aroung 1000 calories a day (yes i ve had some pretty loose days through that) for about 2 months now and have been working out at least 3 times a week for some time too.

I lost 10 pounds the first month. Wow right! Not ready to get on The Biggest Loser but this is not bad either....right? Well, after that first month, NOTHING! I m stucked here people. The scale will not go any lower! Better than that, nobody even noticed that i lost 10 pounds :( (yes, now IS too late to say you ve noticed;) ) What am i doing or not doing here? HELP?!

Love is all you need...and with sugar i shall feed!

Diet? What diet? Seriously, Iprobably gained 5 pounds today! Happy Valentines day everybody!

Love is all you need

It's so easy to focus on how stressful and busy life can be! But I have been so thankful for all the love I have in my life with Valentines day right around the corner! I've got the best, most carrying, loving, patient and hot huband on earth, the cutest, most helpful, sweet boy possible and so much family that cares about us too!
I used to think that Vday was cursed for me. Since I started dating, I just went from one boyfriend to the other. But, for some reason, we would always break up before THE love day and I would be a single lady to celebrate LOVE. Then, after we got married, I thought that our f1rst valentines would be the greatest: I HAD A VALENTINE!!!! :) But no. Something happened that we actually had a very bad one...probably the worse yet. Then the 2nd...well Adam had never been that sick. So I spent it with my 3 months old and our 2 dogs...in the other room so nobody else would get whatever Adam had.... : I just knew then that I was doomed!
Then last year we had an awesome one (YAY!). And this year is already fantastic. Love is in the air! What else could make us happier! It looks like I might not be cursed anymore! I LOVE love day! <3

Happy New year!!

This last minute plan was the best ever! we had a blast hanging out with the Jeffreys for New years Eve. To be honnest, 2010 was our hardest year so far. We've been sick almost once a month, our cars cost us like almost $4000, we had a car crash, lived a LOT of stress and worked at our jobs and remodeling this house of ours until both minds and bodies couldnt take it any more. Now I know that 2011 will be way busy too: Adam is gonna go to school at nights and i ll work the nights that he doesnt have school. But PLEASE! we need a better year than that for 2011.
Anyways, here's the fun we had for New Year's Eve! :)
