November's always way busy over here; on top of a traditionnal trip to Vegas for Thanksgiving we usually have a birthday party to organize and this year we had to take care of a few showings of our house through all that (yes we're trying to sell our house too). We also had a farewell party for 2 of Adam's friends at work. And got Peewee fixed too. Now the Christmas decorations are finally up and we're ready for the rest of the holidays!
Josan LOVES bowling. That's his favorite for sure
Such a little man. How grown up can you look at 3???
Peewee has a very pathetic look just normally. The
"collar of shame" didnt help his cause :)
Josan's birthday party brought LOTS of stress this year. We invited like 70 people since i thought half of that would actually come. Well it ended up that 60 actually confimed. So at the last second we had to change the location, buy more treats, make more favor bags and adjust all the details for double the people we thought would come. Well due to the weather and other stuff I guess hardly 40 people showed up (Thank you guys soooo much for coming. Josan LOVED his party!) So I was a little sad there but thanks to my awesome friends (Laura & Steve, Kara, Jay I m looking at you here) I got the stress -somewhat- under control. Thanks everybody!!
Josan and his presents
josan trying to show me 3 with his fingers. it's a tricky one!
Close enough! :)
(Notice the hat; Josan HATES hats. But He insisted that
a birthday boy doesnt go without a hat for some reason)
We had our ow version of "pin the tail on the donkey"
Who doesnt like a Pinata?
This is the AMAZING cake made by my AMAZING friend Laura.
Josan couldnt get his eyes off of it!
Singing Happy birthday
present time!
Since there's no "in-law" year in our family (since my family's all the way back in canada) we always celebrate Thanksgiving with Adam's parents in Logandale, NV and bring along Grandma Fox. I had my worse Asthma attack in about 15 years but that was the only downside. Beside that, this year was one of the best I think.
Bruce and Adam went shooting a couple times.
Then they dragged Grandma and me along. We tried,
but didnt love it like they did...
Who can say that at 80 + years old they went shootimg like that?
Grandma, you re awesome!
Burning the nasty old couch! Boys style
And now the best part: we had ALL of our
favorites...all to ourselves!!
The classic Triplets; the more he grows, the more Josan
Looks like his Grandpa Bruce. Not that he's not his #1 favorite
person in the world on top of that!
4 generations of Foxes
this was Josan's Thankgiving dinner. He was SO excited!
Winter's here!
Josan got to have his own Christmas tree this year. He loves it!
(and has already broken a few unbreakable ornaments too)
Josan's new favorite movie is Polar Express. He watches it AT LEAST once a day. And it's been 2 weeks already. I'm going nuts over here. I love how funny and crazy his personality is now though...especially when he watches that movie
Our Christmas pictures werent successful this year. Josan was terrorized, The santa was kinda not that Santa-ish and I had had a fight with some 100 mph wind....
Our Christmas tree with our stinker!
December, BRING IT ON!!!
